Tātau Tātau o te Wairoa Trust is pleased to present its Annual Report for 2021/2022!

You can find the report in our Kete. 

Some of these milestones, which you can read more about in the Annual Report, include:

• Approval of resource consent for our housing development, Te Raua,
• Progress on mahi relating to the Wairoa awa, guided by two local researchers Arna Galvan and Katarina Kawana,
• The gearing up of the forestry sector as the effects of COVID-19 begin to diminish, and
• Progress in our first orchard development, Haumako Tara.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up soon too, and we’re looking forward to seeing you there.

It is being held at Taihoa Marae at 2pm, on Saturday 26 November 2022. The AGM will be livestreamed. Details will appear on our Facebook page closer to the date of the AGM, or you can email contact@ttotw.iwi.nz for further information.

We will be discussing our Annual Report at this hui as well as general business and other matters. We will also be voting on three resolutions:

1. That the Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa Trust Annual Report 2022 and the duly audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending 30 June 2022 be adopted,
2. That the appointment of BDO Gisborne Limited as the Independent Auditor for the 2022/2023 Income Year be approved, and
3. That the Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa Trustee Limited Director Remuneration Levels for the 2022/2023 Income Year be approved.
