As a registered iwi member of Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa, you are invited to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting via livestream on Facebook, if you are unable to attend the event in person at Takitimu Marae. To attend the AGM livestream, please use the following link and request to be added to the Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa 2021 AGM private Facebook group here.

The AGM will be livestreamed to this Facebook group, and voting on the resolutions will be possible by commenting "Yes" or "No" in response to the resolutions.

The following resolutions will be voted on at the AGM: 

  1. That the reports on the operations of Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa Trust by the elected Tātau Tātau Kāhui Representatives during the preceding Income Year be received.
  2. That the Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa Trust Annual Report 2021 and the duly audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending 30 June 2021 be adopted.
  3. That the appointment of BDO Gisborne Limited as the Independent Auditor for the 2021/2022 Income Year be approved.
  4. That the Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa Trustee Limited Director Remuneration Levels for the 2021/2022 Income Year be approved.


2021 Annual Report

The 2021 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements, is available on the Trust's website here. 
 
The Annual Report includes reports on the Trust’s activities over the past year, the full set of Financial Statements for the 12 months up until 30 June 2021, and details of the resolutions to be voted on.
 
We look forward to seeing you at our AGM if you can make it in person or via the livestream.
